Senior Logistics Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement logistics solutions for storing and internal transport;
- Optimize the processes of material flow in accordance with the principles of Lean Manufacturing;
- Represent the Logistics Department in new projects and other general processes;
- Support the development of competencies among team members of logistics engineering.
Requirements:
- University Degree (logistical, technical, mechanical or subject related);
- Experience in project management;
- Knowledge of the processes and logistics procedures, particularly in the warehouse area;
- Practical use of methodology and tools used in Lean Manufacturing;
- At least good command of spoken and written English;
- Skilled in analyzing data, drawing conclusions and presenting possible solutions;
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint);
- Knowledge of MRP (SAP) will be an asset;
- Task oriented and skilled in decision making;
- Consistent and skilled in planning as well as setting priorities;
- Communication skills, team-orientation.
