Automation Engineer

For our Client, an international company operating in the field of process engineering, we are looking for:

Responsibilities:

• Act as an Automation Project Engineer on projects mainly supporting Automation Project Leader, managing action items and timelines for projects within the Process Engineering team,
• Interface with Project Manager, Automation Project Leader and Account Managers and customers to assess the customer requirements and thereby create cost effective quotations, lead project teams to develop quotations,
• Coordinate electrical design with panel suppliers and analyze and assess quality control
• Provide ongoing customer support & troubleshooting as necessary,
• Conduct automation training for customer personnel on the installed systems,
• System design and support for creating MES applications, HMI and PLC Programs to meet project requirements,
• Execute startup and commissioning of systems in conjunction with Process Engineer and Automation Project Leader.

• Bachelor's / Master Degree required- Software/Programming or Electrical Engineering,
• Good communicative and technical English,
• Software Programming experience required,
• PLC Programming (mainly Siemens S7, as well Rockwell systems), programming in VB or .NET and DB/SQL experience preferred,
• Knowledge within in Windows and network design preferred,
• Electrical Engineering or Computer Science experience preferred,
