Customer Service Assistant

You will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming phone calls/ e-mails from customers
- Analyzing and resolving most common enquiries
- Dealing with complaints
- Delivering high quality standard service to customers
- Providing information about the products
- Cooperating with other teams in the company to deal with more complex issues
- Supporting Customer Service Manager on improving customer experience procedures
We expect from You:
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Very good knowledge of additional language (French, Spanish, German)
- Having interest in helping people, being tactful and polite person
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Being smart user of MS Office products
- Pro-active, creative and "can-do" positive attitude
- A collaborative team player willing to share knowledge
- Experience in customer service positions would be an asset
