Your Role
- Researching candidates with all types of positions: junior, specialist and manager level, mainly for IT and Finance;
- Scope: creating & posting job-ads, CV selection, phone interviews, and recommendation of candidates;
- Searching for candidates through direct search method;
- Assisting in creating recruitment strategy to attract the best talents on the market;
- Working with the relevant internal team or management to deliver candidates as required;
- Cooperation with external partners (university career centres, recruitment agencies).
What we expect from You
- Experience in IT recruitment;
- Very good knowledge of social networking websites;
- Good knowledge of local employment market;
- Can-do attitude and independency;
- Teamwork spirit;
- A passionate, motivated, hardworking professional;
- Excellent communication skills in English.
What do we offer
- Work in an international and dynamic team;
- Civil/Commission Contract, not less than 70% of Full Time.
