Senior HR Manager

As a result of dynamic growth of our Client organization (global logistics company) we are currently looking for Candidate for the position of:

Main responsibilities:

• Builds and maintains effective relationships with managers and external customers
• Deploy initiatives to increase employee satisfaction, performance, retention and effective communication at all levels
• Collaborates with the business to create high performance culture by supporting implementation of team and organization design solutions, providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans
• Manage the people impacts of organizational change projects aligned to the business strategy e.g. site openings / closures, restructures etc.
• Lead the annual performance and salary review process, collect feedback and propose follow-up actions
• Reports on key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, internal movement and performance on a regular basis
• Support managers to develop and deliver solutions for workforce planning and management including organization design, forecasting resourcing needs and identifying future talent requirements
• Coach and mentor people managers where performance issues have been identified

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience at Senior HR level / client-facing roles preferred
• University degree (preferred in sociology, psychology, HRM)
• Strong knowledge and experience in the following areas: recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance appraisal, employment legislation, training & development
• Experience in dealing with senior managers in an international environment
• Fluent English
