Junior Support Specialist - Spanish, French, Italian, German

Being at the market for over 3 years we have established comprehensive business contacts. Our Business Partners are based mainly in Warsaw, Poznan, Lodz and Krakow. Currently for our Clients we are looking for candidates on entry levels, specialist and manager positions. We guarantee quick recruitment process in a good atmosphere as we are available on demand. At the moment we are seeking for people who are fluent in foreign languages and are open to work in Purchase, Customer Service or Accounting Department.
Responsibilies:
• Communicating with international clients in German/ Spanish/ Italian/ French on the phone and via email
• Supporting and providing clients with the best possible quality of data and documents
• Regularly monitoring and maintaining quality of data and documents and insuring information is systematically up-to-date
• Process requests from customers
• Working together with clients in order to gather information and data
• Supporting other department in their daily tasks
The profile of Perfect Candidate:
•Strong analytical skills and verbal communication skills
•Fluency in English is a requirement,
Perfect German/ Spanish/ French/ Italian skills (min. B2)
•Detail orientated, meticulous approach to work with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
•Preference for systematical tasks
•Reliable and flexible team player who is also able to work autonomously with a self-disciplined approach
