Consulting & Recruitment agency „Jobs Plus" provides professional solutions in the recruitment area, recruitment process and leasing services. For our client -- chemical industry -- producer of phosphate -- based fertilisers, we are currently looking for a highly motivated candidate for the following position:
SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST/ JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
Workplace: Warsaw
Main responsibilities:
* receiving/registration of Clients' orders and sales support
* entering data and orders to the system
* preparation of internal orders, order confirmations, completing documents for the project, preparation of shipping documentation, monitoring warehouse stock
* issuing contracts and invoices
* registration of invoices in the system
* acceptance of invoices from suppliers / taking care of the proper flow of invoices
* complaints service
* cooperation with other departments -- mainly with Chief Accountant and Logistics
* preparing reports for the supervisor / accounting / management / headquarter in Russia
* occasional visits to the Customers of the company
Position Requirements:
* good level of English and communicative knowledge of Russian -- necessary condition
* 1 - 2 years experience in accounting, pefectly on a similar position in logistic or sales area
* familiar with accounting software
* analytical skills, logical thinking, accuracy, good organization of work
* communication skills and ability to work in a team
* driver licence, cat. B
