AP/AR/GL Accountant with English / German / French
At the moment we are supporting recruitment process for Accounting Team and we are looking for motivated and experienced candidates for the positions in Accounting departments for BPO/SSC company with knowledge of English, German or Portuguese language.
Main responsibilities:
• Performs daily accounting transactions - calculating and booking of journal vouchers, preparing accruals, etc.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Perform reports for management purpose - weekly / monthly
• Participates actively in month end closing process
• Prepare cash forecast
• Support AP / AR / GL departments - invoice bookings, payments, problems resolution
• Verification of data quality within Accounts Payable / Accounts Recivable / General Ledger
• Secures high quality and professional day to day accounting service within agreed SLA,
• Identify potential process improvements.
Requirements:
• Experience in accounting in SSC (min. 2 years), preferably in General Ledger
• Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1) - is a must
• Very good knowledge of French or German (B2) - as an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in the team,
• Very good Customer Service skills and strong customer driven focus
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to details
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and toward deadlines
