Responsibilies:
• Provide support to customers in a wide variety of industries,
• Process requests from customers
• Assist with the setup of testing environments to facilitate the troubleshooting of customer issue.
• Communicating with international clients in one of the languages: German, Spanish, Italian, French
• Working together with clients in order to gather information and data
• Regularly monitoring and maintaining quality of data and documents and insuring information is systematically up-to-date
• Supporting and providing clients with the best possible quality of data and documents
The profile of perfect candidate:
•Strong analytical skills and verbal communication skills
•Fluency in English is a requirement, good language skills in German/ Spanish/ French/ Italian
•Detail orientated, meticulous approach to work with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
•Preference for systematical tasks
•Reliable and flexible team player who is also able to work autonomously with a self-disciplined approach
