Duties and responsibilities:
• Telephone and email contact with Italian speaking clients,
• Receive and register incoming problems,
• Give to the client the information and write reports they may request,
• Answer to any inquiries and questions the client may have regarding their orders,
• Improve the company"s image in a professional way.
Requirements:
• Very good level of Italian (C1) and good level of English (B2),
• University education,
• Knowledge of MS Office,
• High interpersonal skills,
• Be a responsible and eager to learn person.
