Linguistic Application Tester - fluent French OR German

TASKS

• Understand and make appropriate decisions according to specific client policies and procedures on social media portals
• Familiarize and be interested in culture of supported language (pop culture, history, slang, etc.)
• Respond to contacts from users within the agreed timelines and quality standards
• Ensuring the application has been correctly translated
• Suggest applicable solutions and process" improvements
• Collaborate with other teams

Requirements:

• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Fluent reading and writing skills in French or German - strong B2 or C1 level
• Strong knowledge of modern culture, interest in current events, pop culture, and history - is a must
• Able to work in a highly dynamic, international environment
• A willingness to work in rotating shifts - is a must (flexibility) (working hours from 7:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 23:00)
• Graduate with good-to-have working experience (preferably in a multinational environment)
• Consistent, hard-working and able to work analytically
• Computer literacy and passionate about the internet
• Strong problem-solving skills
