On behalf of our Client, a US company that delivers complete hybrid IT solutions, from cloud to mainframe, tailored to each client's journey, we are looking for Candidates for the position of 3rd Line Support Team Leader.


Job Description

Your new role
As part of the Client Service Operations (CSO) department you'll effectively lead and manage a highly technical level 3rd line support team. Your team will be responsible for supporting complex hybrid IT Managed Services for the company’s clients, and delivering exceptional support and responsive service. Through your leadership, guidance and mentorship you will develop technical teams in an IT service delivery organization, working with modern technology. Bringing expertise from past experience, you will be accountable for ensuring process adherence, delivering client satisfaction and driving efficiencies and improvements. Measured quarterly, you will have proven management skills in being able to deliver against departmental and team goals. Your scope of responsibilities will include providing support a client's infrastructures and maintaining high availability through proactive measures. Moreover, resolving complex technical incidents and problems escalated to other internal departments within the call management system, implementing operational procedures, tools and best practice and Continual Service Improvement. You will be supporting the Department Manager.

 

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should have an excellent skills with certification server recommended (VMware Certified Professional is preferred), experience of working in a background of Managed Services, coaching and mentoring skills, advanced problem solving skills and exceptional customer service skills. What’s more, strong understanding of Infrastructure technologies like storage area network, Open Systems and Firewalls. Fluency in Englis is required.
