About the Client and the Role
For our our Client (multinational production and distribution big company) we are looking for hands on HR Manager to cover HR activities in all companies from the Group in Poland. The job holder will be a true business partner, working as member of Polish leadership team responsible for both the strategic and day to day development within the HR area. The job holder will be the functional expert, delivering excellent HR services across the region at efficient cost and ensuring that corporate processes such as Recruitment, Talent Management, Headcount Reporting, personal development, remuneration and others are managed in a professional manner. Poland Region currently consist of three companies. The job holder will be reporting to Managing Director Poland Region with dotted line to HR Director East Europe. He or she will drive the organization forward to achieve its goals by recruiting, retaining and developing the workforce across Poland region.
Working on this position, the Candidate will have to bear the responsibility for design and implement HR strategy. Recruiting, training and develop employees in Poland so that the business objectives of the respective companies in Poland are met or exceeded. The Candidate will have to drive the corporate processes in a professional manner and drive cultural changes required to achieve business objectives. The Candidate have to be a true business partner for the regional Leadership team and ensure that effective and appropriate HR Policies and Procedures are in place. The Candidate will have to share best practices among the companies in Poland. Candidate will ensure that contracts and other HR documents are created and maintained in a manner that minimizes the Company to risk of litigation. On this position Candidate handle full spectrum of developing good working relationships with Unions where applicable. Candidate will be responsible for workforce planning and will helping to create positive employer branding proposition to attract and retain talents. Main tasks included also coordination and be in charge for all HR reporting in Poland.
The successful Candidate should have minimum 6 years of a broad-based HR experience with at least 3 years' experience as a HR Manager or HR Director preferably in production company. University degree in in HR, or related discipline. Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of all HR functions such as organisation diagnosis, transformations, strategic planning, post-acquisition integration, training and development, recruitment, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Perfect Candidate should promote pro-active attitude with autonomous and reliable personality. Our Client looking for a Candidate able to work independently and highly meticulous, with strong problem solving and good communication skills. The Candidate should have ability to prioritise and coordinate. Excellent organisational skills, ability to priorities and delegate. Pragmatic thinking person with hands on approach. Able to manage effectively the team. Ability to work cross functionally on teams. Candidate should have significant experience within international company, have a fluent/very good English (oral and writing) and be open for travelling within Poland.
