We're looking for a seasoned Full Stack Engineer with deep backend expertise, cloud-native experience, and a passion for scalable, intelligent systems.

• Work Setup: 100% Remote work
• Rate: 210 PLN/net/h + VAT (B2B contract)
• Language: English (B2+ Required)

Requirements:

• Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, with relevant experience in the above tech stack
• Mindset: Builder mentality, high ownership, and a bias for action
• Impact: Excited to shape the foundation of an AI-native platform that transforms enterprise workflows

Nice to have:

• Experience with Java, .NET, Go, or Rust
• Mobile or desktop application development
• Strong UX sensibility and product intuition
• Proven success in zero-to-one product development
