Administrative and accounting position for an international client with German language skills

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Support of accounting processes (receivables, payments, customer contact).
  • Participate in the migration of accounting processes and creation of a new accounting team
  • Supporting the team in initiated accounting activities and closing of accounting periods
  • Generate payment reminders and contact customers for payments (in German)
  • Issuing invoices and making adjustments in SAP system
  • Corresponding with clients and other accounting departments in the company,
  • Preparing analysis and accounting reports for business client's needs
  • Analyzing documents and verifying data contained in them
  • Working in SAP and other specialized systems

Apply if:

  • You speak English at B1/B2 level
  • You speak German at the level of min. B2/C1 (knowledge of both languages required)
  • You have min. 1 year of experience in a similar position and/or have a good understanding of accounting receivables,
  • You are familiar with accounting systems and the way of working in accounting departments
  • You are familiar with SAP or salesforce system
  • You have an analytical mind and pay attention to details,
  • You have a solution-oriented mindset
  • You are looking for new solutions to improve recruitment processes
