Finance and administrative assistant with German language - remote work

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • control of receivables in a specialized system (SAP)
  • correcting errors in data, contained in the system
  • issuing credit notes and accounting documents, related to accounting activities
  • contact with business customers (in German)
  • updating data on customer accounts and correcting them in case of errors

Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of German (min. C1)
  • Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
  • Important: level of both languages and ability to communicate freely by email and telephone
  • Minimum 1-year experience, in a similar position (accounting, administration, customer service)
  • Communication skills and openness to new professional challenges
  • Ability to build long-term professional business relationships
  • Availability to work full-time on a monthly basis
  • Willingness to grow in the area of accounting, financial and administrative business customer service
