Support of the finance and accounting department with German language, hybrid work

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Performing daily tasks related to AP duties.
  • Timeliness and accuracy in performing duties
  • Checking and posting sales documents
  • Processing and categorizing other documents related to AP workflow
  • Analyzing invoices for accuracy
  • Contacting suppliers and business partners regarding AP
  • Processing data and preparing reports, statements and cost estimates
  • Verification of payments, cooperation with the collection department
  • Updating work instructions and specialized instructions
  • Actively supporting the team
  • Cooperation with other departments in the company
  • Basic audit activity
  • Other duties of the AP department - according to current needs

Requirements for future employees:

  • Knowledge of English minimum B1
  • Knowledge of German language minimum B2
  • Analytical mind
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Independence in performing daily duties
  • Conscientiousness and accuracy
