Assistance in the accounting department (control of receivables) - position with German language

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Performing daily tasks related to verifying payments, on business client accounts
  • Taking care to comply with accounting regulations and work in accordance with the rules, established in the company
  • Checking and posting incoming invoices and other sales documents
  • Verifying sales documents and other specialized documentation
  • Entering data into the system
  • Correction of data, in case of errors
  • Contacting suppliers and business partners regarding daily AR (OtC) operations
  • Assist in the creation of reports for the business client
  • Analysis of accounting data in the system
  • Preparation of payment proposals
  • Negotiations (supporting the team in AR)
  • Cooperation with the team in audit, collection activities
  • Updating documents and correcting them in the system
  • Taking care of the proper circulation of information
  • Replacing team members when necessary
  • Performing other duties in the field of AR

Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of German (min. C1)
  • Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
  • Work experience related to accounting (minimum six months)
  • Education in the field - an additional advantage for the candidate
  • Communication skills, ability to build long-term professional business relationships with the company's business clients
  • Daily work with the use of foreign languages
  • Availability to work full time from Monday to Friday
  • Willingness to develop in the area of order management, order processing
