Accounting and administrative support with German language - remote work

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Support of basic AR processes
  • Support of other processes directly related to the position
  • Building an accounting team and continuous contact with employees
  • Generating reminders for payment
  • Contact with business customers (in German)
  • Issuing invoices and making adjustments in SAP system
  • Corresponding with clients and other accounting departments in the company,
  • Preparation of analysis and accounting reports for business clients
  • Working in SAP and other specialized systems

Apply if:

  • English: b2
  • German language: b2/C1
  • Important: language level, must allow free communication by email and phone
  • Min. 1 year of professional experience, in a similar position (AR, OtC)
  • You are interested in the area of receivables/accounting/finance and related industries
  • You are familiar with accounting systems and how to work in daily operations
  • You are familiar with SAP or salesforce system
  • You have an analytical mind and pay attention to details,
  • You are looking for new solutions to improve recruitment processes
