Administrative and accounting support for an international client, remote work

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their career in international structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Support of accounting processes (accounts receivable department)
  • Participate in the migration of accounting processes and creation of a new accounting team
  • Supporting the team in initiated activities
  • Generate payment reminders and contact customers for payment (in German)
  • Issuing invoices and making adjustments in SAP system
  • Corresponding with clients and other accounting departments in the company,
  • Preparation of accounting analyses and reports
  • Analysis of documents and verification of the data contained therein
  • Working in SAP and other specialized systems

Apply if:

  • You speak English and German at the level of min. B2/C1 (knowledge of both languages required)
  • You have min. 1 year of experience in a similar position and/or you are well versed in the area of accounting receivables,
  • You are familiar with accounting systems and the way of working in accounting departments
  • You are familiar with SAP or salesforce system
  • You have an analytical mind and pay attention to details,
  • You are looking for new solutions to improve recruitment processes
