Assistant of the accounting and administrative department - remote work with German language

Currently, for our BPO/SSC client, we are looking for talented individuals with language skills ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities:

  • Support of accounting and administrative processes
  • Contact with other team members
  • Posting of adjustment notes, accounting documents and other documents
  • Participate in the migration of accounting processes
  • Assist in setting up a new accounting team
  • Generating payment reminders and sending them to the company's business clients
  • Issuing invoices and correction notes and other accounting documents
  • Checking data in the system
  • Correcting data in case of errors

Requirements for the position:

  • Knowledge of English - minimum b2
  • Knowledge of German language - minimum B2 /C1
  • Knowledge of both of the above languages required
  • Interest in the finance and accounting industry and willingness to develop within its structures
  • Experience in working with SAP/Salesforce system
  • Experience working in accounting positions is not a prerequisite, but will be welcomed
  • A degree in a field of study will be a huge plus.
