For our client in the BPO/SSC industry, we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills, ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.

Responsibilities of the position:

• Maintaining positive relations, with the company's business clients
• Assisting other team members
• Perform duties related to verification of receivables, account data
• Responsibility for all activities related to
  related to the position performed
• Strive to minimize balances on business customer accounts
• Verifying the timeliness of repayments
• Building professional relationships with business customers
• Responding to inquiries (email and telephone)

Requirements:

• English at b2/c1 level and Italian at c1 level
• Ability to communicate freely
• Availability to work full time (160 hours)
• ability to organize own time
• willingness to learn and continuously improve qualifications

• The client does not require work experience, but a diploma in this field (or a candidate in training) will be a plus
