For our client in the BPO/SSC industry, we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills, ready to start or continue their careers in international structures.
Responsibilities of the position:
Performing duties, first line of support
Working for an international client
Performing duties, related to the IT department
Answering calls from customers
Handling instant messengers, used in the company
Answering inquiries from customers
Taking action to resolve technical problems
Reporting problems, to the second and third lines of support
Updating systems, programs, networks, etc.
Acting independently (decision-making)
Analyzing data and creating reports for the business client
Building a positive image in the industry market
Ensuring confidentiality and protection of personal data
The employer expects:
communicative knowledge of German and English (minimum b2)
note: knowledge of both foreign languages, mentioned above, required
the level of both languages, must allow for free communication (e-mail, chat, telephone)
industry experience
interest in the IT/computer/technical industry
Knowledge of SAP/Salesforce system
Availability to work Monday through Friday, during standard office hours
Openness to take on hybrid work
Interest in the industry and willingness to grow within the accounting structure
