Administrative and accounting business customer service - English required

For our client from BPO/SSC industry we are currently looking for talented people with knowledge of foreign languages, ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Performing daily tasks related to payments
  • Ensuring that procedures are followed
  • Checking and posting incoming invoices
  • Verifying sales documents
  • Entering data into the system based on received documents
  • Contacting suppliers and business partners regarding daily AR/AP operations
  • Assisting in the creation of reports
  • Analysis of data
  • Preparation of payment proposals
  • Negotiations (supporting the team in terms of AR/AP)
  • Collaborating with the team in audit activities
  • Updating sales documents
  • Deputizing team members as needed
  • Performing other AR/AP duties

Requirements for candidates:

  • Knowledge of English at least C1/B2 (required)
  • Comfortable with communication (email, phone, chat, teams)
  • Ability to think logically and analytically
  • Positive attitude to work
  • Resistance to stress
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve professional skills
  • At least one year of industry experience required
  • Education in the field, miel seen
