PROJECT DESCRIPTION
We are currently expanding our Wealth Management Practice and Avaloq operations in Europe due to client demand across a number of high profile projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

Achieving sign-off from key stakeholders in Finance / Risk / Reg. Reporting / Treasury.

Business Analysis responsibility for the area of Finance, Statutory & Regulatory reporting to the regulatory authorities.

Design processes in the area of Finance, Statutory and Regulatory reporting.

Strong collaboration with IT developers business SME's in the UK, Switzerland and India

Testing responsibility during release cycles

Business and technical end user consulting
SKILLS
MUST
REQUIREMENTS (must have):
-
University degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Risk or related discipline
-
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience preferably in the banking industry
-
Ability to achieve sign-off from key stakeholders by demonstrating the correctness of reported data

Strong BA skills in the area of Regulatory Reporting / Finance / Risk Reporting in a bank

Strong understanding of banking instruments

Good general technical skills

Good understanding of process documentation & modification

Strong analytical skills and end-to-end view as well as strategic thinking and time management
-
Ability to work successfully, both in a team and independently as well as stress resistant and able to perform in a fast-changing environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English

Willingness to travel abroad (to UK ca. once per year for a short trip)
